Kitchen Civils were awarded the Main Contractor works, as well as novation of the design at the works at Goole 36. Goole 36 is a large development area on the outskirts of Goole, a town in the East Riding. The Goole 36 project provided a new access road to two new development plots, as well as giving these plots a drainage outfall, which encompassed traffic management a Highways England protocols, and working around high voltage cables from the local power station.
Scope of Works
- Stakeholder Engagement with Highways England, Local Government, Third Parties, East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Homes England.
- Successful novation of the design through to Construction and Sign Off.
- Traffic Management and dealing with all permits and regulations.
- Construction of a drainage outfall whilst keeping live traffic flowing for local delivery centres.
- Working around live services, existing drainage and existing rising mains.
- Reinstatement and re-surfacing of the carriageway to ERYC standards.
